GREY GOOSE VODKA WINTER SCARVES

Enjoy a vodka-based Hot Toddy cocktail for a perfect winter cocktail.

50 ml GREY GOOSE Vodka
30 ml Bénédictine Liqueur (Or Sub Honey)
150 ml Boiling Water
2 Lemon Wheels
1 Slice Of Fresh Ginger
1 Large Cinnamon Stick
Lemon Wedge
Cloves

Add all ingredients to a mug allowing aromatics to infuse for a few minutes.
Garnish with lemon wedge and cloves.

STRAWBERRY BLACK PEPPER GIN & TONIC

A simple way to elevate the classic Gin and Tonic is to simply add a few strawberries, black pepper, premium soda water, and Tanqueray gin. This Strawberry Black Pepper Gin & Tonic is a fruity twist on the classic drink and features a sweet, peppery combo that adds an extra dimension of flavor to the pretty pink drink.

5 strawberries
Freshly ground black pepper.
l ½ ounces Tanqueray gin
3 ounces tonic water

Muddle strawberries with black pepper.
Strain and pour in a glass with ice.
Stir in the gin and top with tonic.
Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

ABSOLUT JINGLE BUCK

Think Vodka Cran–with holiday attitude !!

Ice Cubes
1 oz Absolut Vodka
3/4 oz Cranberry Juice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Ginger Ale
Rosemary

Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice.
Stir briefly.
Garnish with 2 fresh cranberries and one rosemary sprig.

30 ML Jameson Original Whiskey
60 ML Ginger Ale
1 squeeze fresh lime

Batch and pour into popsicle mold
Freeze overnight !

BAILEYS & VODKA WHITE RUSSIAN


25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
25ml Smirnoff No.21
25ml Espresso
Garnish of your choice i.e. Cacao nibs and a fresh cherry or an edible flower

Layer espresso into base of glass, add ice and pour vodka. Gently pour Baileys to create a marbled effect.

Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Alternatively you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. Cocktail hour has arrived.

PATRON TEQUILA CLASSIC MARGARITA

45ml Patron Silver Tequila
15ml Triple Sec
20ml fresh lime juice
5ml sugar syrup

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Salt half the rim of the glass with kosher salt.

ALTOS TEQUILA MARGARITA - PARTY 1 LITRE !!!!

600ml Altos Plata Tequila
300ml Triple Sec
300ml Lime Juice

Add all ingredients into a blender with ice.
Blend together.
Serve in a fancy tumbler frosted with salt.
Top with a lime wedge.

MALFY ROSA GINTONICA

50ml Malfy Gin Rosa
150ml Fever Tree elderflower tonic
5ml sweet vermouth
Pink grapefruit and rosemary sprig, to serve

Build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a wheel of pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

THE CLASSIC MARGARITA FEATURING COINTREAU!

40ml Sierra Silver Tequila
20 ml Cointreau
30ml lime juice
10 to 15ml sugar syrup

Add ingredients into a shaker.
Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE TOM COLLINS

60ml Bombay Sapphire gin
15ml sugar syrup
30ml lemon juice
100ml soda water

Add the lemon juice and syrup to a tall glass and stir.
Add Bombay Sapphire then fill the glass with ice and stir.
Top up with soda water and stir once more.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.

THE CLASSIC BACARDI MOJITO

60ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
2tsp Caster Sugar
8 Mint Leaves
Soda
Mint Sprig for garnish

Add rum, lime and sugar to a tall glass and stir to dissolve sugar.
Place mint in the palm of your hand and clap to release aroma. Drop into glass.
Half fill the glass with ice (crushed is best!) and churn with a bar spoon.
Top with ice and soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
